The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 3P Touch Media LLC and its licensors. The DramaTouch™ name, logo, and the Push·Pause·Purchase™ methodology are trademarks of 3P Touch Media LLC (USPTO Patent US10963925-B2).
Creators who upload content to the platform retain ownership of their original content but grant DramaTouch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating the Service.
DramaTouch facilitates product discovery and purchase through shoppable video technology. All transactions are between buyers and the respective brand or retailer. DramaTouch is not responsible for product quality, availability, or fulfillment.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Services.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
